Your job is secure in most of the process. Also it is good option to start the career but one should switch after 1 year of experience because salary hike is negligible.

Promotions are good but your manager can deny to release you. Salaries are not good. My manager tries to run it like a domestic BPO and behaves like we are nothing. He forgets we are also at Sr. QA level. Such poor management.

Concentrix is very nice organisation, to work with, you will get lot of opportunities to upskill yourself,

Salary is the only issue, feels like their salary is lower side of market for same designation.

The company management is good and cooperative. The provide the salary on time. You get good cab facilities and Beverage for relaxation.

Dislikes

There no Job security. Do not expect a promotion until you are slave of your supirior. You won't get hike more than 5% in a year. There is no life balance in terms of personal and professional.

Poor management and to many of them ,,working hard here is against yourself because you can loose your job very easy, company is bleeding to much money in overtime in people need's for some areas,,management don't have control of that, this affect profits and builds bad habits for the employees

...py to be a part of a Great organasation. Great atmosphere with no work pressure. As a fresher cnx is the best place to joint and work and please increase the salary package.

I am not happy with requitment hall hrs behaviour. They show high attitude with rude bahaviour. They judge and hire the people as per their look and apperence . It my request, please improve these things bcoz lots of peoples want to join cnx but due to HRs' rude nature, cnx lost great talent.
