I was working in premium process Sprint and we were allowed to work on week off and get extra paid

I went on leave as my 2 year kid was not well and after one week I was kept out of project and I was marked Loss of payment and later told me to look for new job as we do not have option in other projects . Pathetic HR policy. I am so much disappointed. I sent approx 10 Emails and wats app messages and I was like Begging to HR but they never helped and did not understand my situation. I was going through worst phase of my life. Then finally I resigned after getting loss of pay for approx one month.

I only like the fact that my salary is credited every last working day of the month. Apart from that nothing else.

Dislikes

I hate the shifts here. How can someone be so inhumane to provide a 2 am shift when the entire cycle of the body is reversed. Its very challenging.

Concentrix was a great company to work with, great management and leaders They provide 100% job security, even at the time of business rampdown they provided employment to everyone not a single person was asked to resign.

Salary, only reason why I resigned from the job was the salary, the salary that they are offering at Ranchi location is very less. I worked there for around 3 years starting salary was 10000 and after 3 years the increment that they made was us just 4000 In which even I promoted once.

Company's environment is ridiculous as no higher management is going to support you. HR specially DIPALI CHAUDHARY is she very rude. She use to say things will remains confidential then the whole floor comes to know about the conversation between agent and HR.

My biggest mistake to give my golden period they don't deserve stable employees because after 10 yrs salary increment is too low as compared to other organisations, IJP only valid for those have skills to buttering gossips with senior, those employees keep happy to senior from anyway except work, Don't stay a long time without permotion always make short time goal with this company, If you are tenure then no one recognised you , now you are a machine only for them .
