... 2 years I have finally crossed 2L milestone and now I am getting 2.10 L as CTC. It is the poorest organisation in the market which may give you job security but won’t pay u enough salary . Employee are just doing over times to get in the salary . Management is good , work culture is good . If you want to join them as a fresher you can but leave the organisation after 1 year. And try to find a better opportunity. I have a lot to say about the organisation but if u are smart person u will get what I am trying to say in the complete review.

Well my overall experience is wonderful, everyone support us help us to learn something new security is next level in concentrix and we get a chance to interact with new and different culture's people and got to know something new.... Without any pressure and headache we can work freely good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

There is issue with salary. Salary is less for freshers as well it must be more and gamming arcade should be open it's just for show piece not playable and last and important thing is meals should be free.

Worst organization, no salary at all, they give 13000 something as a basic salary to the freshers, no increament within 2 years, 100% job security because they do not fire employee who work in minimum wage. They create a lot of trouble at the time of resignation. So, beware.

...tive incentives during peak season in whatever process you are in job security if job pressure is high or its a peak season for the respective process, then they actually pay you good for the hard work you have done one of the best BPO to work for the long term supportive staff expect for few people, which you will find eveywhere.

Dislikes

Politics, which you will find in every BOP. Not a new thing but yes compare to other companies like tech mahindra, politics was very very less. So, I don't count it as a dislike. And yes low sallary compare to some other companies, but the brand is good, so for a long run this company is prefable as it has maintain high standards for itself in BPO sector.
