So many programs, learning and development session is there to upgrade yourself in by doing or completing this programs The most important thing which everyone is working for money and in concentrix salary structure is excellent and I never saw salary date extended by 1 day in my 9 years of experience. Company culture is excellent Management is excellent

...ft office profile they will put you in PIP if you don't perform in OJT period. Salary given to fresher is very low compared to the work pressure. Please join concentrix office 365/eps atleast with a package of 7.5 lpa inorder to feel a job satisfaction

I like it's work environment and supportive senior staff. I also like it's incentives for employees and they're give good salary hike and bonus on time to time. I like it's facilities. It has a huge cafeteria and a place for enjoyment.

They're hire a employee to work on contract basis. And once they are done with their work they will be terminate employee. Their are no job security in concentrix daksh.
