There would be No Hike even after working for years. Growth in Career is completely in hands of Managers, they would like to give it to People who are Good at doing their work, but Not to the Talented ones. They talk about Skill development on Papers, in reality there is No such thing. Company might be having a Good Name in the Market. But the Ground level Managers along with their Operations Managers feel as if they are the One's Owing it. Making Admins life both Personal & Professional life Miserable.

There should be a check on How Managers are Treating their Sub-Ordinates on Real Time Basis. So that the Company can know "Why so many People are leaving the Organization in such a short span of Time." Since there is No Such thing going in CNX, it's like Dictatorship that is exactly going in CNX right now.

Actually I'm with prokarma softech for past 3 years. The experience working at prokarma good but career development was poor, come to the benefits it's totally worst earnings for any employee in this company. Company need develop at the benefits level which will satisfy for employees. Other cultural activities are good. About work life balance some different work group are there we do improve our day to day updates at the work level , which will be useful at the future for our appraisal. Thanks that it!

...tay and rest meed to resign. What the hell !! Then why you hire 120 agents ?? Salary disgusting the admin or account team so ever, don’t know who to calculate your salary always there was a discrepancy and even we escalate we will not paid for our exact salary and there is no incentives if you able to earn they will deduct because they calculate incentives on floor 10% basis’s 🤣🤣🤣 Breaks : uff they don’t give breaks they will kill us when ever we ask for breaks!! No there will be no Breaks bcoz apki emails ni khtam hui abhi tak bucket mei.

Discrepancy in salary, bad management, not employee centric, no value of hardwork, works on favoritism, if you want promotion you don't need hardwork, just you need to know how to butter your manager. This company used to be good but now lacks quality. Hence all the employees are resigning.

...h. Below are few major problems which I found during my tenure with Convergys. Convergys doesn't get you a better salary. Also, Convergys HR always hide about hidden incentive part included in salary which is based on your performance. If you lack in performance for even a single month then you can't expect your complete salary discussed in interview and can't expect a hike in salary based on your tenure at the end. You may keep working for years on the same salary. Management will always try to find options to deduct some points from your score card so that you can not get that incentive part which is included in your salary. Convergys doesn't provide any gift to its employees on any occasions like New year or Diwali. However people from premium processes and Management do get gifts. Partiality!! Being an agent, It really hurts! A gift of worth 100/- or 200/- doesn't matter but culture of not providing gifts matter a lot and it definitely increases dissatisfaction. Few people claim that work pressure is high but as per me it's wrong. Work pressure is just normal and it isn't reason for high attrition but it is Management of Convergys which doesn't provide employee satisfaction and people are leaving Convergys. Few years ago it was one of leading company but now it seems to be a sinking ship.
