Job security. Caring employees during covid. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Transport is good.

Salary is ok ok but career growth is slow. Appraisal wasn't as per expectations.

...ng Covid Pandemic the company didn't fire any employee like other companies did. They credited full salary during this period and gave us facility to Work from Home. They also gave us new system to work. The work environment is awesome.

...deserving candidates are getting promoted where deserving losing opportunities . I have been in Cnx about 11 yrs just getting salary rs 20k.

There is no transparency in IJP .NON deserving candidates are getting promoted where deserving are losing Opportunities. Earlier I thought this the best company but now realise I was completely wrong. Because the environment of chandigarh location is not good

...rview for another process. I worked here for almost 5 years and I want to work forever in CONCENTRIX. But they are now offering interview to re-select again as a Quality Evaluator, and always says current we are not hiring for QA. They should hire me directly as I gave almost 5 years. I want to be a part of concentrix again. I request you to please give me another chance to work here without any interview.
