They provided systems for working@home and who were in their hometown did not forced to join the organization. No one has lost their job in this critical situation means job security is 100%. Good work environment and supporting management. We have gym and big gaming zone and huge cafeteria.

Dislikes

There is a poor salary for backend processes and appraisal is also very disappointing even after having highest performance rating. Transport allowance is also lower than the other organizations. They are not providing meal.

Career growth is slow, Environment is good but the salary,working hours, incentives and increment part is quite disappointing.Now transport facility is improved but still one side cab is there and for self the transport allowance is low as compare to other MNC's.I think company should have to work on the trainings and there should be a provision to get shift in the technical team according to the qualification.

Dislikes

I dislike the appraisal, allowances and incentives part along with the long time to get eligible for next level.It should be much performance based rather then seniority basis.Also, sometimes only individual growth of a single person is done rather then every individual.Its a excellent place if a person is looking for job security or time for himself.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent bit career growth is slow.
