This is the first organization in my entire life after working at Wipro HCl cnx etc. Wherein the company comes with people first benefits, i enjoyed working with.... Webhelp literally provides an good pay plus environment and enjoyment while working. You won't feel any kind of work pressure, ( Depends process to process, as I'm working for Social media app Tiktok ) at last All superiors are very kind n helpful.

This is one of the worst company. The management over here is pathetic and my team leader is so irritating that I cannot explain. They do not care if your mother is ill or any other family issues you have to adjust and come to office. They don't care about your exams as well. They again want you to come to the office. If you take any leave Team leader will take a session and will use such offensive words that I cannot use here. If you have any family issues or examination please do not join this company

So the working environment is very good. If you are a smart person and if you want to grow in this field then concentrix is the best company.

The main things was there compensation packages in internal promotion otherwise everything is good over there

My Overall experience working with Concentrix Daksh was fantastic.

Work pressure is very high and salary is not as good as expected. I have learnt many things while working with this organisation which will help me in my future.
