Very less pay. Who will work in such low pay. For starting career it’s fine fresher can work in low cycle. Else it’s so so low Ctc. And not so good culture . No as such benefits .BPO culture it is I would say. For HRs just start your career if you are capable you will not work in such low ctc.

the department where is the more work will send you there, but the salary will remain the same. So I personally feels if you want to join then join as regular not FTH.

...team leaders,shift timing,no cafiteria,lots of pressure, always threats for job.working for last more than 3years only increase my salary by 7% whichi almost nothing also to my team leader and management but said if you want you can leave this company..

...le place for employees but the most important attribute is job security here....even in this pandemic situation not a single employee lost the job moreover they provide salary without any inappropriate deduction or lapse. They treat you and support you like family from our leaders to upper management. I am proud to be a part of Concentrix and love to work with it only in upcoming years.

The only thing which is somehow disappointing about Concentrix is the payout or the compensation. The increment part is the only factor which is somehow not appreciable for everyone otherwise overall you will love to be a part of this organization.

You are your own boss - it's just that you dive in your day to day work and complete this with unprecedented efforts and dedication. Money is not a constraint for suitable candidate.

...p track of their own performance and take initiative for their appraisal itself. Otherwise you will be benefited as per the UK policy and offcourse not Indian appraisal system which gives you salary hike every year according to the performances.
