Concentrix offers good introductory salary if the requirement is critical, even will go upto 100% hike. Offers free cab to women employees and for low grade employees. Does some CSR activities.

Dislikes

The work culture is bad and gives utmost importance to clients than to employees or their mental health. The managers will have full authority over employees and even the HRs will be under them. Too much office politics etc not professional environment.

...nd know what they're doing. Its possible that you can learn so much from people. Good thing is they managed it well (salary, benefits) during Covid crisis.

Dislikes

No work life balance at all. Little or no appreciation to employees. Manager might feel you just like a resource, nothing much. Feels like low quality Indian company with low quality Indian mentality. They suppress you to never complain to higher authorities about your condition. Little or no job training. 18 hrs of work with little or no payoffs.

Persons who works hard will get ample of opportunities here and good teammates Lovely environment to work and lots of opportunities to learn and skills improvement with good compensation and ijp's

Quality people feel like they are the CEO of the company, no growth, no skill improvement, no salary hike after 4 years of services in various domain, partiality is on its high level.

Likes

The company is really very big with its offices accross the globe. Lots of benefits are there. Promotions and growth opportunities are superb. Job security is great even during pandemic people didnt lose their jobs here. company gives gifts on diwali. Transport allowance is there. Shuttle services are there. Neat and clean offices and with good infrastructures.

Dislikes

Salary,incentives and appraisals are very low. No bonuses, no diwali or yearly bonus as well. Transport is also for night shifts only. Shuttle timings are not good. Free meal option is not there and even the paid meals are not that good.
