The company as a whole is amazing to work for. The work life balance is good pay grades for management employees are good. The appraisal and bonuses are on an honest basis. Politics is like every other company nothing new. Learning is good with the right leaders. The work environment varies on a regular basis, innovation is what the company is all about, career growth is slow but promising for field personnel.

Dislikes

The human resource department is extremely slow on pick up. They completely rely on the other support functions to do the work while taking the credit for the work done. Training is given by each member of staff specific to functions and not by the key department heads. Politics while normal as every other company can be discriminatory. Cant complain about work life balance as everyone supports it. The work environment is pretty tense and can sometimes be a little more than hectic.

Likes

The work life balance is good. Employees working in a hybrid mode in every month.

Dislikes

Salary seems low , specially for those persons who are coming from a different city and staying in Mumbai. Appraisal is also average. Getting Promotion is very difficult here. As a senior analyst in business analytics domain my salary is below average than the whole industry. Sometimes managers use to micro-manage.

Boss treated cheap,he dont know what is wrong what is right,recognition zero,given less salary ,work heavy,no work life balance morning 6 am to night 11:30 market and system updates,no promotion this position presently destroyed ..
