There is a lot of learning opportunities and in career growth.Work culture is also good on basis of my experience.

Overall experience is good except with the compensation and benefits they are providing us not upto that level

Very bad compensation also they sometimes keep someone idle for months before deploying in project hence growth is slow

Very difficult to reach out as the organisational hierarchy is so long even finding an HR after joining becomes difficult, low pay

Work culture is just great. Job is security is also good. company policy is average

...ognizant is the worst. you have to serve at least 3 months which is disgraceful. Salary is also not up to the mark according to the work you do for this company.

Nothing at all.....they have decreased the salary that they were offering after 6 months of joining. Whatever the figure amount is offered theycan decrease it without a notice.just a mail that your salary has been decreased.....and it's just not one person they have done it in mass....like all the offcampus joinies have got the main that our CTC has been revised and they are decreasing the salary. This is not all the work life culture is also not good as per my opinion.

It's a great company but it'll be unfortunate if one gets into a bad project team.

...cording to company policy fresher can't get release from a project on their own. Even after my bike accident and ligament tear I wasn't given WFH rather I was kept on leave without pay for more than a month. Even now after ligament repair surgery managers are forcing to take leaves without pay.
