Stressless environment in my project.

I assigned to some new role which was not properly designed with less pay(off campus selection) . As of now worked for 2 years but still didn't have proper idea of our role hierarchy and still less pay when compared to equal Experienced employees who came from On campus .

Likes

Ample of learning opportunities if you are willing to take it. Good work life balance in general. Good culture. Leadership if open to hearing employees issues and support them as possible.

Salary is lower compared to other firms.

... HRs will contact employee and putting pressure on employe to forcefully resign. But they give 5 months full salary for the employees. After resignation

...ds for this company is very poor. I will never recommend this company to anyone. There is politics in everything such as promotion, salary hike , Ratings etc.

Stability is good. Though in the ongoing global recession, many of my co-workers had to leave projects because of project ramp down and did not get any other projects. Instead of recruiting employees from bench in other projects they are hiring more from people outside.

Dislikes

Appraisal is bad. So joining with low salary does not help much in the long run, better to switch.
