...nd culture.Teammates are supportive and the management is not much transparent. Company policies are good appraisals are ok ok and they give OK OK salary hike and bonus every year.

I feel its good Company to work with but the only thing is you wont be recognized until you work as a lead and once you select your track its almost impossible to change it. Rest is good.

The lively environment with the presence of bunch of youngsters across the country was a fun factor in the organisation.

... transparency from seniors in terms of career growth and learning opportunities. Additionally, freshers are been "exploited" completely regarding long work hours without additional pay.

The good thing is the pay which you will get at the end of the month, if you're working in client location you get 250rs per day, the growth is depends on your rapo with your lead and manager.

No job guarantee, if your contract expires with client they will ask you to move out immediately.

As working here is quite good when your manager is cooperative. Though In previous two years work and manager both was good no complaints for them and i worked from home till now and everyone was cool.

Now during current project my so called manager is psycho. Here in cognizant manager also do coding but he is like only I have to do everything and he just wants credit for it. Even to other squads he is like only he is doing work. He oftenly insulted me and two other team mates. I talked with my home manager but no benefit. Only you have to suffer in that scenario.

1. Low job security 2. Forcing people to work from office(ODC) 3. Mostly support projects 4. Very low transparency with poor management 5. Work satisfaction is very average
