Salary comes on time. Leaves also gets approved easily.

Dislikes

No work life balance. No projects in company so they silently fires. Not so good culture. Not so get promotion(1-5%hike only) or no benefits (whole year). Not that much bonus yearly.

Good gain of knowledge and good opportunities to thrive for betterment. Pay scale is good and always provide bonus yearly.

Dislikes

The number of resignation they give to the employees makes some discomfort and bring up the fear of loosing a job

There is a great opportunity for learning and skill development. An avaerage culture, typical corporate culture is followed. That maybe be good for some folks also.

The work-life balance is a big No. Low Salary hikes and appraisals.

There is no point if you get rating they do promotions and try to balance every associate salary on same pace . In promotions I got 80k where I am working on project and all other person on bench having 1.7lac increment in promotions. I have reason you have salary higher (because I have earn 4rating and made merit package high) I got promoted Programmer Analyst to Associate with 80K increment. Waste of your life and career if they won't understand your hardwork and dedication to your career. Better look at those who appericate it.

Promotion and salary everything. Your hardwork won't get paid off. So better is look somewhere they value your efforts .

Work-life balance is good. Salary should have been more. It's quite difficult to survive in metropolitan cities with such salary as everything is getting costlier these days. Work environment is pleasing and behaviour of manager is polite and helpful.
