...nities like udemy business for free and also provides certifications like Azure. If you are into low-budget projects then you won't get good compensation for overtime/shifts. I heard people who are into high budget projects have very good compensation and benefits. The horrible thing is you won't get good rating/promotion even you are eligible. If you maintain good relation ship with manager you will get promotion. HR didn't agree to promote me when my manager tried to promote. You have to meet certain criteria like you should have worked for this many months to get the promotion. Cognizant is giving very good hikes to laterals but they are not taking care of already working employees. Because of this attrition rate is very high.

...a very bad time working with cognizant there is nothing positive for me to post. There are many things cognizant need to improve very poor work culture and no career growth with disappointing salary hikes. You can't run a company happily if you don't have happy employees. To say something good about the company all I can say is the company mediocre health benefits

...her. No career opportunities despite getting certificates from new technologies. No salary hikes, base salary is too low and it will seriously question how bad your career is going to be, Toxic work culture and no regard for work/life balance. Managers and supervisors readily exploited my work and deliberately gave low ratings just because I questioned the poor management. If there is something I learnt from cognizant is absolutely nothing.

Salary compensation for BSc graduates is very low even after completing probabtion period they are not paying well it takes two years to get salary of a engineer graduate who gets at his first month.
