1. Carrer growth🤧 2. Salary hikes ( 4 percent for 5 ⭐ 😮‍💨) 3. Less projects for freshers. Most of the freshers will be on bench or be non billable without work for more than 1.5 years. Then force them to give up if they are still not billable😴. 4. Relocation: This is one the worst thing in the company, If you are working in your desired city it's good. But, most of the times you may have ODC in your city but still they call you/force you to relocate to CHENNAI otherwise you should put the papers, which is one of the worst cities in India to live with respect to language, weather, food, pgs/flats availability, which is subjected to cyclones every year and you will struck in the middle.

Continuous hiring Long bench for freshers They will torture us to a point that we just want to resign. Work life balance is a joke.

...for associates. and they gave 4 and 5 ratings to only 10 % of the employees.) 5. worst salary benifits (they are cutting unnecessary deductions and with 4 LPA you will get only inhand salary of 25000 per month. while joining the company they will tell you that after 1 year you will get 4.5 LPA but after 1 year you will get only 4.2LPA) So the main conclusion is any company on this planet is better than cognizant. They will eat your career along with your physical and mental health.

I love the fact that , there is no micromanagement in my team. Work life is really great for me. When I compare it with my friends who work in any other MNC , I feel better and happy comparing with the things they mention and realize that I am lucky to be here at CTS. Everyone in the leadership are great and friendly, Work-life-balance is given on high priority here which is very nice. Overall , it's 4 or 5 out of 5.

Dislikes

Only dislikes were no hikes, perks, bonus or salary increments, if salary growth is good, then CTS would be an outstanding place to work.
