Salary benefits on time and also bonus and extra pay they are non taxable and not include in salary package it's given an extra pay according to the project pay work

Nothing dislikes it's depend on project manager and team manager hierarchy if we get good project then it is best opportunity to earn and one can enjoy good work life balance

... to recommend about Cognizant. The work culture is transparent and meritocratic. Compensation and benefits are above industry average. It is a fairly flat organization where one can make multiple lateral movements as long as one showcases aptitude for work. You will be challenged and rewarded.

Dislikes

One wishes that Life sciences in Cognizant develops in house AI/ML and other advanced technology based proprietary solutions. Lack of investments hampers expansion.

...ftment is awesome here. Good Pick and drop service. Decent growth opportunities. Appraisals are fair, decent salary hikes and bonus every year. Teammates especially tenure associates are supportive and helpful.

Dislikes

No work life balance especially during this pandemic situation. Management failed to address this issue even after many resignations happened because of this same reason. Also work culture is becoming less happening.
