One wishes that Life sciences in Cognizant develops in house AI/ML and other advanced technology based proprietary solutions. Lack of investments hampers expansion.

A good company to start your carrier in data management however the way complete management works is weird and its like I am playing in team of lagan. There are lots of issues at project and organisational level, however one can have very good learning curve if they are fresher or less than 3 years of experience. Flexible working hours I won't blame the middle management however this happens in all service provider companies. Best part is they have CF fund which is used for team building activities

Poor management skills, Compensation, salary growth, Opportunities, skill developement One can become of jack of all here but master of none.

Initially cognizant was good in all aspects. Promotion, salary, increments, work life . But now only work work without any benifits.

Work culture became bad after corona period. Working hours are more than 12 hrs. Constant work pressure.

People are being terminated left right and centre. There is no job security and toxic work culture. Even the client is horrible with lack of empathy . No promotion since 4 years and appraisals are always delayed

I was very disappointed over compensation and career growth prospects. Every time, i was very disappointed promotion thing, I was good performer process deliverables all the times and I was unable to get the promotion after 3 long years. That's the reason I switched to another organization.
