Its overall a good experience , working with cognizant.Specifically work culture is great and it's nice to grow up on your own career wise in ahead future. But in terms of compensation / benefits there should be some more modifications need to be done .

Dislikes

Working experience should be scrutinized in a more detailed way for individual growth. Responses and responsibilities from managers/ leads are not up to the mark. Opportunities should be evaluated in a much broader way .

Good company from point of learning and getting better exposure. Work culture is great. Bad from point of proper and adequate compensation and benefits. Do not expect timely promotions and appraisals. Had a very bad experience regarding a well deserved and eligible promotion.

Bad salary structure, work pressure, will be stuck to one stream for long

No hike, no job security, no skill development, no easy transportation.even if you learn new technologies they will ask for experience and make you work in technology which you already know.if you do "jing jack" you will get everything else you will be cornered and make you to think resigning is best than staying there

The environment is pretty good and gets to learn new things.Also workload is manageable.

Dislikes

...curity. Silent layoffs are done in a disrespectful way including good employees. Very low salary for employees. And mainly doesn't settles your remaining amount after your resignation.

If you get EU projects, work life balance will be better. Salary is average Good learning opportunities

It's a service based company like other WITCHA companies. Every thing will depend on the type of project you get and your manager. 10 hour shift which was introduced during covid because everyone was working from home is still going on Might get stagnated after few years.
