Leadership team is quite nurturing and will show you the right path at every step so that you evolve and learn more. initially you are required to be working across multiple domains and roles as Data and Business Analyst and in the next couple of years you will bemade part of core consulting engagements depending on your skillset.

Pay is not as per industry standard.

The insurance policy of the company is really good. The compensation is above market if compared with big size org like Infosys. Leave policies are Good.

This is specially for my account (THREE part) Sanofi and one part CTS The Sanofi account in EAS SAP has a toxic work environment. This account has many manager's and this causes red tapism. The consultant are left in to the lion's cage to fend for themselves with an over aggressive client. Once done with clients we have to put up with blaming manager who make you feel let down. This account always has alot of load due to extra stringent contract signed. All high paying resources be warned you'll be used to Every rupee and thrown out once your purpose is done. Don't expect consideration. CTS down part the company now function s like a start up No HR no POC for company policy all in management hand

Nothing much it is like any other service provider where every aspect of your job depends mostly on your team and projects you get

Dislikes

...s body shop culture where no one cares as long as you are billable in project. Lateral hires get 50 to 100% more pay then existing employees with no plan to rationalize the pay disparity.

nothing much at this point as the company lacks vision and has no empathy towards employees.

Dislikes

Unfortunately there is no career growth at Cognizant .Once you join there is no hike or promotion for the next 3 years and the company compels you to look outside if you are above 10 years in experience as they will never give you any salary increments, even if you are a great performer.

The only positive - work from home options a day per week IF your manager agrees.

Dislikes

Apathetic management, unrealistic work expectations, underqualified managers, terrible office facilities, below average pay (around 40% less for my role and seniority) just to start with...
