You'll go school everyday and work for 10hr but your salary will credited for 9hr, high level of micromanagement, you are notified supposed to take leave irrespective of any scenario (Parental leave or even your own family died) they'll convince you to take leave for 2-5days only. Everyday there will be special warning session with management for 1 hrs with whole floor (e.g, if you are not meeting up the target you'll be sacked, etc etc)

10 hour shift is a minimum, I have personally worked 18 hrs on month end and what I got was 'it is your job and you are getting paid for it', work life balance is terrible

*Salary structure and hike offering. (But after joining everyone will let know why it is offered like that 😉😉.. (Honest confession)

*No proper planning in every aspects. *Extended working hours.(It's seriously pathetic) *Excessive less resource in the transition period * you will not get any help or support from HR if you need because they make you feel that they are also working with less resources. * At any aspects work environment is pathetic and no learning and skill development scope. Remember only you need to do more working hours and more work because they provide you hike so they hire one people insted of two. *Management is also pathetic and not that much helpful because job security is pathetic so from avp to sm level everyone is running to save their job.

... the people management skills. due to which Cognizant is loosing Many clients. The Compensation pay consist of All variables and includes annual bonus which is not paid fully. There is no Such thing as HR in cognizant. There are no management skills development programme as it is a BPO they are keen only on production.There are lots of projects that cognizant lost and there are no new projects coming. CTS is in very bad shape now and recently there are news of Layoffs. My recommendation is if you are desperate seeker only than join else looking for a better performing company with good work culture and Hr policies.

HR policies, Payscale contains only variables with annual bonus which is equivalent to Labour bonus😂, No worklife balance, work culture is very poor and last but not the least As usual Poor People Management skills of Management.

Overall cognizant is good organization as per work life balance, salary, appraisal, training and leanings. Excellent organization if I have an opportunity to work again in cognizant. I'm always interested to work
