Dislikes

Lot of things disappointed me like salary, training, shift timings and mostly dissatisfied with training part....such a tuff thing trainers are not good and when we will be out from our job we don't know...there is no job guarantee here. If we join we will regret leaving the old company...I'm regretting now.

I have the following offers and confused to choose one. Exp: 6.8 Java backend dev cognizant - 25 lpa (24 fixed) Epam - 28 fixed Citi - 30 fixed If i ask epam with citi offer they will increase their offer, but my question is that worth negotiating with them?
