Work life balance is not upto the level. Sometimes feel like doing labour. Salary and benefits are too less incomparable to the market. Overall we might not be satisfactory.

Management does not adress our issues and career growth is very slow. Competition is also not much attractive. So much work pressure.

The work culture is very employee friendly. The best part is about working here is that all the hierarchical leaders can be approached in case of any issue. They take efforts in solving employee queries proactively. Team members are supportive and TLs encourage you continuously, have one-on-one feedback for improvement.

There are no dislikes as such. If you do well you can go ahead. Salary for entry-level positions could be increased a bit.
