This is a complete package of a reputable organization where I personally get each and every aspects in terms of job security, work environment, facilities for the employees and other hospitality. There is no hierarchy in the organization, all are as a team members and every employee's get the values for what they deserve. Completely soothing and reliable to work. Really really appreciated.

As of now I don't get much about what I don't like, but one thing I personally experienced that growth is quite slow here that may be because I'm not skillful for the right designation.

...s to management cheap tricks raising questions to management they will targeted. No promotions low salary. No indian not even USA holiday if holiday was given everyone needs to work on Saturday. One more main thing Saturday is mandatory work.

As a fresher you get to learn lot of things which will help you in future aspects. Pick up and drop facility is good.

Dislikes

Poor salary structure and work pressure (Project basis). Promotion get delayed almost every time
