The Company keeps its employees until they decide to leave.

Dislikes

The Company needs to respect its long term employees and their skills. They are not very keen to retain their experienced associates who want a better Pay-out and roles. They would rather "save money" by employing less experienced people than retaining experienced members. The Company also needs to stop playing on Employee good nature and be more transparent in its scope & plans. Having a hidden agenda and manipulating the employees to achieve that goal does not help with Employee-Employer trust. The Company also needs to provide proper Manager responsibilities training and ethics training to Managers on how to treat employees and make them feel comfortable to ensure efficient working. This also helps prevent a lot of office Politics and Favoritism which is running amok in the Company currently.

None, managers and the management is all time poor, forced Work From Office, and useless Office Politics. Ever since they started Work from office, productivity went down completely.

Dislikes

...s in shambles, management promotes ones who shower fake praises of the managers. Salary is not good as per market standards.

Instead of salary increment here decrementing the salary and internet reimbursement has stopped and linked with credit card & its not working.hike percentage is very less.only the work is good.

Job security, many employees haven't that kinds of financial condition so that lacing of project those employees got resigned it will be very harmful for their living.

Good environment. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. company policies are good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of policies. management does not address our issues. Salary is decent but carrer growth is slow.
