One of the best company I have worked so far though IT industry is going through tough time and each of the service providers are facing their own challenges but i believe the company work culture, it's team spirit and vision of senior leadership will set Cognizant apart from other IT service providers.

Leave policy is quite bad, the people who are really engaged with their project don't take leaves at all. This is not carried forward or encashed which is quite disappointing to see.

Appraisal cycle is like a dream. You will never know whether or not it will happen. Onsite opportunities are considerably lower. Medical benefits are not that great but still not that bad as well.
