Hi Everyone I am working as a ServiceNow Developer with 6.75 LPA ( 6.1 fixed ) . I got an offer from PWC with 10.5 LPA fixed + 20% variable and I accepted the offer. Now I got another offer from IBM with 11.5 fixed + 10% variable. My LWD is May 02 I want to Negotiate with PWC if they can give more than IBM . My query is How much can I ask for with PWC ? Every thing. No proper KT. In the name back up creation they dump everything and make new joiner a scape goat. Terrible culture and back stabbing people. Zero work life balance.

Worst company, hell lot of discrimination between India and Manila. Management is worst and just care about how to loot money from client and warm their own pockets. No work life balance, worst of its kind.

Everything nothing good, they don't give you salary as what you do, no holiday, you need to work in india holiday and you need to work in US holiday as well. Management only do back hitching here. Don't ever join team under any philippians specially Joy Mendoza she is worst of her kind.
