Job is secure, the work life balance as they are only asking to join office for 2 days as of now, also depends upon projects

No Appraisal/Appreciations/Salary hike is also very low, Even you have given them more then 100% of of efforts with full results and appreciation from client are there but managers and Hr's won't budge while asking for better Appraisal or Ratings

There is nothing to say on this. It employs a huge chunk of freshers then fires them after 2 years coz the company doesn't want to pay fair increment or incentives.

Dislikes

The managers behave like your dad and there is severe lack of common sense and professionalism.

Its a very colaborative organization. Job security is high compared to others

Salary hikes should have been more aggressive as per industry standards. It would reduce attrition to a great extent. Should increase more perks.

You can expect moderate amount of work and less scrutiny while ample opportunities for learning are available. Also very nice working culture

Dislikes

The Appraisal cycles are always confusing and usually you can't expect much in terms of Salary or increments. Working hours: 9 am to 7 pm. Mismanagement is a problem at times.

Currently they are offer WFH in hybrid model . That is good , salary is better then the other MNC like TATA and infy for same experience range . Experience on trending technology is good

If someone quits in your team . You have to coverup for them . No equivalent talent will be hired . You will be given freshers you have to teach them . Do your work . And also train them.3× the work. You are expected to be an expert in a new technology just watching a few KT session. Micro management by non technical managers who act like they know what it is going on. When it comes to take decision based on technical knowledge.they back out saying "I am not a technical person". micro management is in the rise.lot of credit Steelers . Even by people in upper management.overtime is pretty much expected . Have worked over 15 hrs a day . To meet un-justified deadlines . Weekend support is expected eveyweek. Over worked . No work-life Ballance . Stuck . Loose my mind
