Perfect place to upskill yourself. As a fresher I learned a lot of things in the span of 2 years and still learning which I'm most happy about.

Dislikes

My only dislike about Cognizat is my salary. But for me, either you should learn or earn.. as long as I'm learning my CTC doesn't matter:)

...e thing which I liked here , no one did mircomanagement while working from home. Management is supportive but you may get disappointed with your pay hike. So don't expect too much when it comes to yearly hikes.

...Few projects are good few are not.. Projects are good when managers are good.. So few, very few projects have good managers who will listen to you and try to fulfill your wantings may it be career wise, benifits&compensation wise anything.. But in few projects you will get horrible and more horrible managers who are like watchmens.. They will be noting down your ODC timings also.. If less then 8hrs inside ODC means you will get warnings from Your supervisor.. On top of that if you are doing extra top up to your timings then you are not allowed in certain projects.. whereas few hours are already given from cognizant to do too up if you do not meet 9hrs a day..(allowed for a certain period) And forget about hike and compensation.. If you are getting first rating also you should not expect more.. Overall Cognizant was a good company but not anymore now..

Good for work life balance and a nice company to settle down, good facilities and work environment. Job security and learning opportunities are there.

Dislikes

HR, Politics, Career growth for fresher is limited. Salary given is lowest from industry standard.

Realy good to work with CTS. But I worked as contract employee so that compensation is not related to cts.

Dislikes

But I worked as contractor, there projects are no longer. As a contractor getting projects are very difficult
