It is in Hometown and not much of heavy work and can logout once shift is done.

Dislikes

Very less pay. Even after getting promoted there is no change in salary structure and it is same as Agent level. Management is not up to the mark.

They are not supporting for that. From April salary They hav deducted my 25% amount when I was quarantine for covid suspect. I approched till Centre Head but they didnt support. Instead of helping ne more, they didnt even gave my salry and I have worked whole month with No 1 week off.

Management is so poor ex. In a basic level executive all work done by higher level such as leave, salary deduction, the management thought that they buy a labour not employee that do all office in shift time & also do over time in free. A person make growth in company who work 12 hours & work lifetime in same salary or minimum increment and in final basic company is so froad. It tell u salary something & give inhand something diff. company does not provide any salary slip or any detail of salary or deduction. Pf deduction in salary is very while u already know how much pf deduction in basic pay & same company does not provide any salary related docs except offer letter.
