Dislikes

...st want their targets or goals to be achieved irrespective of the circumstances. There is no significant salary hike for associates or support staff. If they could hike the salary and be a bit emphathetic towards employees, it will be better.

A growing organization in terms of numbers. And multiple locations.

Dislikes

When it comes to employe perspective the organisation lacks basics. Salary is credited on 15 th of the month. No personal and professional work life balance. Work satisfaction and culture is a beginer level workshop.

They are not supporting for that. From April salary They hav deducted my 25% amount when I was quarantine for covid suspect. I approched till Centre Head but they didnt support. Instead of helping ne more, they didnt even gave my salry and I have worked whole month with No 1 week off.

Dislikes

There is no work-life balance in this company, the managers just ask you to work on your week-offs. They're always boasting about the promotions which only happens when there is a shortage in their staff, and when they do give promotions, it's only for the bootlickers. I've known a lot of colleagues there that have shown exceptional skills and deserve to get a promotion but they never got it. The company culture is so toxic that I've seen 3 managers leave this job in a total span of 1 year. By the way, the job description of this "Customer Satisfaction" company says upselling but this job is ONLY focussed on sales.
