I had good experience with cogent E services manglore, nice atmosphere to work, good trainered team leaders supportive manager.

I felt sad for salary think because I am living in developing city Mangalore so in hand 10000 is good salary and it's use full to workers , and also not encouraging the experience guys to develop in career please always give the first opportunity to experienced workers. Provided the good cafeteria and free transport to workers.

Everything there is no increment no festival celebration they have only 7 holiday that also they didn't give employee have to work on holiday also and there is huge issue in there attendance

Cogent is customer service and my process was volts. If customer want repairing his product and they are waiting for long times in this condition I will send our technician on urgent basis for example- Air cooler,Air conditioner,Water dispenser,exc. and I will talk to customer very politely in this condition because they are our customer and I will satisfy them.

My senior was very supportive for me but I was not satisfied my salary. I was facing salary issue there.

Cogent is really good for students , and for those who want to get an experience of BPO sector. I like working their , Delhi circle and Team leader Monu sir is really great person who knows how to deal with employees. job is completely secure until you yourself don't want to leave, and obviously don't do much mistakes otherwise you will be cicked off.

salary is bit low , and career growth is also less.
