I worked in this Company but didn't got any satisfaction and for growth and company policy bad . I don't even try to go again if any job offer come from there side 😂

Taking extra time and deduct salary fastly . And poor growth and salary .

good work environment and culture teamates are supportive and the management is transparent. there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chillng. Company policies are good

there is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. salary is decent but career growth is slow. there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

There is no work-life balance in this company, the managers just ask you to work on your week-offs. They're always boasting about the promotions which only happens when there is a shortage in their staff, and when they do give promotions, it's only for the bootlickers. I've known a lot of colleagues there that have shown exceptional skills and deserve to get a promotion but they never got it. The company culture is so toxic that I've seen 3 managers leave this job in a total span of 1 year. By the way, the job description of this "Customer Satisfaction" company says upselling but this job is ONLY focussed on sales.

You can join here directly after 12th, for 12th and bcom freshers it gives average good salary.

No hikes in company even after working for more than two years. No PF. No value for your experience in other MNC's
