Senior management culture is very poor. They are busy with their promotions and own business. If required they will push all blame to junior to play safe side game. You will get good words but not increment. Never you will get opportunity. Just for eyewash they will give you unproductive trainings but you will never get any opportunity. Lot… lot… lot..of things dislike

Everything right from onboarding to exit . Such a blady useless management and have no idea and budgets . When hired don’t have next steps what to do .. full of politics and blame game . Based on some Feedback they stick to it .. as if they are very Mr. Prefect . Full of micromanaging

Office is good but location is very outside of city. They provide cab service, food quality is good, gym, swimming pool, playing area, cradle facility is there.

Dislikes

Cost cutting is extending it's threshold. 2 years back this company had good values but now they are changing every policy. They can change their policy whenever they want. Even company is in profit, they never released any variable , and even changed its policy after the financial year is over. Other policies such as night shift allowance, cab facilities and pantry services are degraded considerably. Promotions and appraisal process has gone worse.

1.Got multiple challenging opportunities to excel in Project management area . 2.Got good stakeholder experience while executing pega projects with critical clients 3.Got good exposure towards team management , conflict management and their performance management too.

Dislikes

... reasonable increments after all waiting for entire year post ACE evaluation. 2.More act ive HR initiations /HR processes are required along with supporting on employee salary concerns which is average now. 3.we should get more onsite opportunities for PM and above roles which is having less scope here

Nothing to Like. As they say there is no hell or heaven - they exist on earth. Coforge is that hell. The company from outside make it like they are best place to work but when you are hired - bro you can't even sleep on Saturday and Sunday. They will force you to work on Saturday and Sunday and otherwise email you to resign or get terminated. You will be mentally tortured very much. It is a living jail.

Dislikes

...make sure you are a machine or not and if you get faulty they will throw you in. garbage with no compensation or severance pay. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU.
