Nothing Now They removed transport and Shift allowance. After declaring National holiday still they say that clint satisfy is more important and our health.

Worst company policy they have, no holiday, no matter how hard you work. Still they ask use to work on weekends without pay. Manger Arun and satya as if they are GOD'S of IT COMPANY's.

Technical support is very good . I have been learnt a lot of things.very supportive team I got . Culture is excellent work ethics are been followed.

Compensation is decent ,but growth only comes and if you prove your talent in the work

... , so much politics between higher ups , so much discrepancy between increments. For eg - If you and your colleague have same salary and you both get same grade in increment cycle then you might get increment of 5K and your colleague might get increment of 2 Lac ( and yes you read it rite , it happened in this increment cycle ). They will also ask you to work on weekends without any pay.
