HR's are worst fellows, weekend works, no perks, basic pay of salaries are very less, reductions in variable pay, lot of politics. The events which are conducted will be in a worst way, they wont even provide atleast good food at that times.

...ystem, so even top performers don’t see much financial reward for their efforts. The annual salary hike is too low and doesn’t reflect the hard work or increased responsibilities taken on during the year.

Work life balance is good, more focuyon work done than on timings and all

You barely gets salary hike, Variable pay is never paid fully and promotions are not considered even if you get good ratings and reviews from managers

Intial hike is good compared to other companies. Later they will not give much hikes/sometimes no hikes.

You will get only salary nothing else and Diwali one gift ( sweets or dry fruits). Rest is typical MNC with Micro Management

Nothing Now They removed transport and Shift allowance. After declaring National holiday still they say that clint satisfy is more important and our health.

Dislikes

Worst company policy they have, no holiday, no matter how hard you work. Still they ask use to work on weekends without pay. Manger Arun and satya as if they are GOD'S of IT COMPANY's.
