1. Flat heirarchy 2. Gets a exposure at how office politics work. 3. If in dev team you get good exposure of end to end working of an application. 4. In certain teams senior people are seriously talented.

1. Micro management regarding office timings and work. 2. No or marginable increment and bonus. 3. Too much office politics. 4. Higher management doesn't have any clue of the future of company . 5. Too much chinese influence in office workings. 6. Management doesn't want you to grow. 7. Legacy tech stack. 8. Luck based growth opportunities. 9. You can be fired at anytimes whenever chinese management decides to reduce headcount without any justification. 10. They start to count your mistakes and performance related issues only before increments and bonus. 11. Retirement company.

The Salary is good. Timing are good Work is good

Dislikes

Overall Policies are Stringent and only changes when management wants it. 0 Support by HR infact are least intrested in emplyoees issues. Work life balance is pathetic and also nor manager support decisions. Overall it feels very sad to work here.

Notice Period is 3 months. Increments and Bonuses are not given at par as per industry standards. Senior Staff members who have given over 6 to 7 years in the company are sometimes not considered for Promotions, even when they are highly capable. Hence, the attrition rate is high.
