the company pays salary on time every month, management is very strict to every employee. approve leaves if necessary when work pressure is low. office culture is good.

the company pays very low salary compared to very work, company things they will achieve max work in very low salary, and yearly increment is very bad, you need to work on national holidays also & company will pay for this but they will not give you to spend holidays to your family. company is good for fresher but nit good for experience candidates. there is a lot of pressure on L2 & Manager(TL) they used to work 24x7 nearly except their lunch and dinner time and sleeping time. production management always maintains huge pressure regarding lockdown time when we can hardly think about a company change. no scope to learn new technologies. ............reviews are given by technical support background.

...of her Business on our personal life. She literally scolds and speaks very rash. She do false Promises like work from home and joining bonus. She is very unprofessional towards her job, she is not at all professional. This is what we see as a HR who represents the company? She tells ask this to HR and that to HR but HR manager is so cunning and worst that he bargains the salary like in vegetable market. We are very professional, and they are making fun of us. Especially Madhuri learns to respect people, She thinks she speaks very good English. Its none of your business how we are handling our home and personal things. For her Benefits she is mixing all the mixture and to get her points she is doing all false promises. Folks please don't join this company. HR itself doesn't have manners or discipline to talk to us.
