...sn't have awareness on how to treat or help people with mental health issues. They only care about performance, no work life balance, low pay, slow paced career growth Worked here for the better part of the decade, but was refused a leave request for only 2 weeks when I even mentioned about my mental health going bad.

...ment is worst and having selfish people and politics is high in cargill society. No body listen the issue of ground level worked salary also very low and there is no growth in 3 year hard work. Here Only on roll employee safe but not thirdparty employees. No care no facilities nothing. In covid situation also terminating only thirdparty without any intimations in covid situations... For thirdparty employee cargill is not a safe place to grow..is my experience only

The company is open to apply new application on very keenly .I love to do work in a team which highly-skilled and make effect on customer. I would like to work but Supervision required. Credit must goes to all participants. I also want to do job in my location Bihar as my parent are suffering from body pain and my life partner also doing her graduation from regular college.It always giving the freedom for new innovations .

Compensation is average but growth is still slow. Work pressure is high and sometimes it creates hovoc for employees as completion is required within ahort time line . It is also the part of life and nature of human being. There is no job training given to freshers as only a khanapurty given which effect work efficiency. Here very less opportunity regarding career growth.
