Really good work environment and culture .our Teammates and management are well supportive.there is a huge cafeteria and game zone.company polices are good, and company give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is no politics here, management is always with us for addressing our issues, decent salary.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Can entitle the leaves whenever required and all Indian festivals holidays can be availed. We can apply for internal job postings irrespective of the teams. Can engage with different teams to enhance our knowledge.

Now a days there is no proper work life balance and more concentrated on cost cutting. Employer expected to work for more hours irrespective of the close. There is a no employee engagement concept and always concerned about the cost it self. If any of the colleagues leave the team no back filling is going to happen, burden has to be bear within a team itself.
