Everything goes good but when it comes to salary hike lot of excuses comes to the scene and new people are handled with much care in respect to the old ones

Everything was fine under the leadership of Mr Deepak Kumar Sir Senior Manager (Wpool process). One of the Greatest Manager. Very nice person ,Active Manager, inteligent manager, Positive person.Very nice Management under him . I have learn so many things like Skills development for an Example Advance Excel, Quality auditing , resolving mapping issue Pan India etc under his leadership. I got many times employees of the years /Months from clients side . Nice environment under his leadership. So many activities like games, quiz competition, dance, party and other programs were organised under his leadership. I am very thankful to the Hr department also like Ashok Gupta sir, Sanjay Kumar sir. Especially thanks to HR manager Mr Sanjay Kumar sir For his excellent support and kind humanity . I also thankful to all my seniors like assistant manager Varun Talwar sir , Sunny Kohli sir ,Rehan Khan sir etc . Also thanks to all my friends, colleagues for their support and helps. Under Senior Manager Deepak Kumar sir ( Wpool Process) the working place was just like heaven for my professional life and carrier.

Everything is ok. Nothing to dislike. Only the Salary package was quite low at that time for the experienced candidates only .

This is fake company, they promiced to you like that I will provide you like this salary but they reduced ur salary, they reduced your salary through epf and providing less amount and after one year ever company increase the salary but this only one company who reduce the salary I hate the government rule and you also those want feedback.

It's a fake company , world first company who reduce the salary after one year and include in epf, so I m going to resign this company.

...tead tried had to remove them asap, although there could have been some way out. Next they always keeps tries to keep peple with low salaries as they know new people will have high salary. Every single month in my 11 years career with them i had to follow up for salary as there are no fixed date. I would recommend nott join ad een if you join don't expect any improvement.

Salary is the lowest No Appraisal/ Promotion (atleast at Branch office) No Learnings Management never thinks of employee satisfaction

After giving resign They stopped my one month salary and also work experience certificate. Trying to contact HR but they are not responding to my calls.
