The Homely atmosphere and the friendly colleagues

Dislikes

Everything goes good but when it comes to salary hike lot of excuses comes to the scene and new people are handled with much care in respect to the old ones

Work Details

It was good and as the colleages were so friendly that the work pressure never seemed hectic.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

nothing good, just time pass, no career growth, skill development , job culture, not give leaves, not being transparent on their policies...

Dislikes

Job culture, not provide casual/ sick leaves, not even transparent on their policies, no skill development, delay salary, toilet is pathetic, no transport facility during odd hours...

Totally dull place to work.. waste of time. management is too PATHETIC. Still they not provide me FNF...
