Nothing good.Very bad experience. Working hour too long they stretch your shift by 11 hours a day and manager is very unprofessional. Never go there.

They understand employees as a robot do work for 10-11 hours in low salary.

No work-life balance Worst company culture No proper salary given to the employee Don't provide salary to the employee on time and not at all humble with the employee Create pressure for the conversion.

It offers flexibility to employees, allows employees to take emergency leaves when required and do not deduct the salary for leaves but gives them option to work on Saturdays in lieu of those LOP or LWPs.

There is nothing good working with this company if anyone has not worked in edtech.

.... One more thing, here they play one dirty game which is known as lop deduction. They will deduct your salary with no strong cause and will make you work like a slave. Sometimes, they even cancels the 4 offs of the month.
