...ior - Junior culture, Always Judge, Work - life Balance and Work on holidays ... Work more and over bt Salary is lik less than peanuts....Dont know how 2 Respect women specially Senior Level People.

Nothing, they are not at all cooperative towards employees.

...ing hours. They don't mention working hours on offer letter for obvious reasons. Also will make you work on gazetted holidays and won't pay a single penny for it...in the name of 2 Saturday and Sunday working. Also Saturday and Sundays are not officially mentioned in there portal..it's officially off on weekends on the portal and no pay for working on weekends.

Salary, & Designation HR designation, and working designation totally different. It may cause the seniour & skilled staff and educated staff and effected our carrier.

...e to learn well, perform diligently and gain some insight about this industry. In terms of salary accreditation and job security, the company is good.

Dislikes

The work culture is pathetic with no proper management and abidement by company’s policies. There is no training per se which is mandatory for any employee to understand the work well before being assigned any task. The pressure is extreme to the point where one is expected to work all 7 days a week with no added benefits or rewards for the extra hours. Don’t just go by the size of the organisation, other aspects are more important.

All things are good, IT department good. Job security good. Company culture too best

Dislikes

As per the post no salary. Associate Area head avearage salary is 4-5 lakh per annum which is very low as per the other companies.
