I spent around 6.6 years in same only 10K increments was there in 6 years …timing was not so good login system around 9:30 Am and logout around 10-11 Pm

... harassment every employee . And they are deliberately creating the conspiracy . and they are providing only 2 years job ,as soon as increase the salary and they are fired that employees , they are doing the company cost cutting this process. And they are not provide the reliving letter and resigned acceptence mail. . And they are not discuss 90 days notice period . It is the illegal process. They keep the employee stuck so that he can't take the another job so they are illegally follow the exist process. So I would like to inform all please don't work with the care health insurance they are destroy the career.

...tes are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The only benefit to working in this company is you are getting salary on time.

There is lots of nagative things about this company 1. All the head who is working in this organization they all are selfish.nobody have leadership quality. 2. You are not getting any appraisal or pramotion if you are not favourite of you manager. 3.There is no growth in career.i saw lots of employees who is working in same designation from last 5-7 years. 4.maximum hike of appraisal you will get is 10%.

As per the post no salary. Associate Area head avearage salary is 4-5 lakh per annum which is very low as per the other companies.
