Laziness in doing things which employee oriented things . Appraisal is an expectation. At the time of appraisal you will receive an email , we are sorry..... There is no difference between a Mule and a Capita employee. Poor compensation, no benefits or perks even on occassions like Diwali, women's day, no team outing, no RNRs on a larger scale. Dictatorship followed by the senior leadership.

They made us work extra hours without pay for overtime in the DPD process and the mentor Saquib was a Muslim guy so he gave preference to Muslims, and most of the employees in CapitaO2 process are Muslims

Best thing about capita would b tht thy provided wfh and evn now thy have option of wfh apart from tht thy give chair and desk as per employees requirements.

Only good thing was I was getting salary on time and the training was good.

Office politics and a** licking of the managers by some employees and it was encouraged my Managers as well. Freshers are sidelined on the floor.
