...hs to confirm if vacancy is there or not after clearing out all inteview rounds. I wasn't given offer letter (no salary) Trainer was a new one just transferred from another process. 6 days training & I have to say, the training given at capita was the most poor one. 15 months in this company but I still dnt know many basic things which could've been easily covered under base training. HR are usually the most polite speaking people in a company but here, they talk or address an issue by giving out vague or unprofessional examples. Crowd is not friendly like you get in Teleperformance or Wipro. Quality team speaks poor english in meetings which leads to more confusion in process or updates. Audits are not done on a fixed list of updates. There's a possibility you get fatal audit for a case but for a similar audit case you might've got an Awesome earlier.

I must say that Capita is a very good company for a fresher and you will get best pay in comparison to other companies. The environment is very good in term of safety no matter you do nite or day shift. This is the best platform to start your Carrier.

Although Capita is good for fresher but if you are looking for long term grouth then you need to switch as there is no such option also it depends on the which process you are in..also there is no proper incentive and rewards for the good performance..if they have that is very less or low in comparison to other companies.

There is nothing you would like about this company

Dislikes

...are about you but about their sales, don't even about your health your problems. They lie about everything job job designation, salary, timings, package break everything. And your manager will insult you behave like you are worthless because you are not performing because they just care about results, your sales target not about your efforts you are making like daily 500-600 calls 3 hour calling, 11.5 hours working although they'll only pay for 9 hours at the end you are wrong in that place. I suggest you all don't go looking other job opportunity

A good work life balance. A great place to work if your not looking to grow financially or grow your career

Dislikes

...s outside India get their appraisal and bonus as normal. Growth is very limited. Again reason being they will have to increase the salary and the company does not have the budget for it so they rather make work as a manager without making u one.

Pressure is less then other organisations.

Dislikes

I wont suggest anyone to work here there is no job security and no compensation when process is ramping down on top of that they will ask you to work for them another 2 months just to get your relieving and experience certificates.
