Pressure is less then other organisations.
Dislikes
I wont suggest anyone to work here there is no job security and no compensation when process is ramping down on top of that they will ask you to work for them another 2 months just to get your relieving and experience certificates.
There is no difference between a Mule and a Capita employee. Poor compensation, no benefits or perks even on occassions like Diwali, women's day, no team outing, no RNRs on a larger scale. Dictatorship followed by the senior leadership.
There nothing you would like about this company, except on time salary
Dislikes
They will start showing their true colours after you're through OJT or 6 months. Not worth working hard at such companies as they don't appreciate it at all. It not a place for honest and hard working employees,. You can't even be sure about the appraisal,.
They made us work extra hours without pay for overtime in the DPD process and the mentor Saquib was a Muslim guy so he gave preference to Muslims, and most of the employees in CapitaO2 process are Muslims
Best thing about capita would b tht thy provided wfh and evn now thy have option of wfh apart from tht thy give chair and desk as per employees requirements.
