on time salary, Work-life balance depending upon projects

Dislikes

Promotions are not there, no hikes even after 4 years working here, poor management, Managers dont listen your words when it comes to appraisal and promotion, even you get good rating also donot get hikes, only lucky people getting hikes and promotions, no onsite oppertunity, apart from salary don't get other benifits in this company

Can you to office and come at any time. There is flexibility to that. Also leaves can be taken whenever required.

No salary, always given excuse even if we work hard, have been in Capgemini for last 10 Yeats they don't bother for increment. New joiners gets good hike and at last they are non performance, all work we have to do
