... I find the appraisal and increment process lacing compared to market standards. There seems to be a significant salary discrepancy between old and new employees for the same designation, which affects long-term retention and morale.

...ri Company". The company pays 3-4% hikes. HR cheats by offering lower Job-Level. Leadership is aware of Salary issues, but the issue has never been resolved since last 10 years.

Salary grew by 2000 per month during the second year (For a Commerce Fresher in Project Management division). Management consider Salary Hike seriously only during Notice Period (90 days). Bus Transport is also Paid (~1100-2500/month)

No salary appraisal I have worked almost 2+ years. Don't Even get a single rs hike in my salary. It is the same form where i started. I also met with people who worked here from almost year and their story is also the same

Company is very sirious about women safety

Manager and team leader plan every day how to control people and do more jobe in less salary. If anyone not perform they will be fired on same day. Many employees face this problem

... and junior managers don't know how to talk with new joiners or with employees. Hr's and manager are too confused about job role and salary/ location discussion. At first they agree on everything but once you joined they company they deny on everything that has been discussed earlier even if it's on mail ..and put you on bench and after 6 months asked you to leave due to bench period over or you are not able to be billable. Also your probation with not be confirmed and having said that they will kick you out of the company. Even if you complain to HR about the issues. So if you want to stay in this company don't stand for your rights and just stay as per them because manager and HR ...they can change policy anytime as per their convenience and ask to to obey otherwise there will be termination which leads to no job security in this company.
